A full body Italian style coffee with low acidity, a rich flavour of dark chocolate and caramel and a smooth, lingering finish.

• 90% Arabica, 10% robusta.
• Arabicas from Brazil, Honduras, and Ethiopia, blended with Indian robusta.
• Medium-dark roast.

A blend of Rainforest Alliance Certified premium Arabica beans from Brazil, Honduras, and Ethiopia, complemented by 10% Indian robusta and roasted in the traditional Italian style.

The Italian roast technique involves dark roasting the beans until oils emerge, resulting in a bold, deep, and slightly smoky flavour. This method enhances richness reduces acidity and amplifies sweetness, making it perfect for espresso drinks that maintain a strong presence even with milk. Additionally, the two washing processes refine the flavour, achieving a harmonious balance.

Use in Cafetières, Filter Drip machines, French Press, Pour-Over (e.g., V60 or Chemex) and AeroPress machines.
